Sipinner Questionaire
MS Word Document

The SPINNERTM is a revolutionary new, patented, single step centrifugal solid / liquid separation system, combining membrane filtration, filter-press efficiency, and sludge drying in a single compact system.

The SPINNERTM is able to produce very high solids levels from solid / liquid slurries, and produces very dry recovered solids. It is ideal for dewatering applications, uses no polymer, and is automatically controlled.

Constructed of 316SS throughout for total solution compatibility, the SPINNERTM is available with a wide variety of high performance metallic membranes, with retention as low as 10um pore size, providing for optimal performance in a wide range of industrial and municipal applications.

The SPINNER offers economic performance in a compact system.

The SPINNERTM provides superior performance in a variety of dewatering applications:

Process Stream

Application Description

D A F Sludge

Dewatering of DAF float (grease, hair, manure) in bovine slaughterhouse.

Solids data not available, however volume of sludge reduced by > 75 % for rendering.

D A F Sludge

Dewatering of 1o and 2o DAF float in secondary chicken plant.

Reduced volume by
66 %, producing animal feed vs. haul off of sludge.
